SENIOR DESIGNER

• 7+ years in residential design, 1+ years of experience as a Senior Designer

• Proven people management experience with a desire to provide leadership to the Design Team at large

• Experience with construction project management, working with contractors, architects, and landscape architects

• Custom cabinetry, lighting, and furniture design experience from shop drawings through install

• Extensive experience selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor/window coverings, materials, and finishes

• Provide top-level innovative design concepts

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs

• Studio Designer program experience a plus

ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

• 3+ years in residential design

• Previous people management experience a plus

• Assist Principal in design research, sourcing, fabric selection, furniture design, meeting preparation/ setup

• Develop and maintain specification schedules

• Manage creation of Client Orders & vendor Purchase Orders

• Work directly with Design Assistant and Intern to meet project deadlines

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs

• Studio Designer program experience a plus
